This 1913 AC "Elite" Light Car is one of only three or four survivors and believed to be the only one in UK. It was owned by one family in New Zealand for nearly 100 years. ACs reputation was built on the Auto Carrier three wheel vans and the "Sociable" tricar which were produced from the early 1900s but the Elite light car was the first four wheeled vehicle built by the company. It used a French Fivet engine driving to a three speed gearbox in unit with the rear axle. This example is in excellent condition and whilst it has been restored it seems to be very correct and original. It is currently being recommissioned and UK registered.
